Alston steel burs are made with a commitment to quality backed with more than 120 years of experience and expertise on an international scale. Prima Classic Steel rotary cutting instruments are manufactured to exceed stringent ISO, BSI,  FDA, and CE specifications.

SPC (Statistical Process Control) techniques are used at the earliest stages of manufacture eliminating any critical defects minimising vibration and potential hand piece damage reducing patient discomfort.

Supplied with a proprietary coating to prevent corrosion when sterilised prior to use. Prima Classic Steel Burs are manufactured from heat treatable alloy steels giving the optimum hardness, strength and reliability.

Standard packaging is in 6 burs per pack or Clinic packs of 100 pieces: Prima Classic Steels burs are also available in our unique Sterisafe packaging of 25 pre sterile single use burs, offering the patient and dental professional ultimate infection control.
